Where do I start?

About 3 years ago, I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. My Mitochondrial Disease was dictating my everyday life. I decided that enough was enough. After doing extensive research with my mother, we found the best essential oil company with certified pure essential oils. I was super skeptical at first, but I gave them a try, and the rest is history!

It’s essential that you know not all essential oils are created equally. Most brand-name oils cannot be taken internally. This typically, but not always, indicates that there may be hidden additives in that bottle. Please, only use certified pure essential oils. I would LOVE to help you get started with my favorite brand. Fill in the contact form below here, and we can chat about your wellness goals!

What is Frankincense?

Frankincense essential oil comes from the Boswellia sacra tree and trees of a similar species. According to this article, these trees can grow up to 8 meters and are commonly found growing on rocky slopes and southern coastal mountains. The Boswellia sacra is native to Ethiopia, northern Somalia, south-western Oman, and southern Yemen.
